1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your access to Friends SocialSync ("SocialSync," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SocialSync helps users prepare, adapt, schedule, and publish content to authorized third-party social-media and business-profile accounts. Features and supported platforms may change as provider APIs, permissions, policies, and availability change.

3. Accounts and authorization

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You authorize SocialSync to act on your instructions using permissions granted through each platform.
• You are responsible for revoking access and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to host, process, adapt, transmit, and publish that content solely to operate the service at your direction.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• is accurate and lawful;
• does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• complies with advertising, endorsement, and disclosure requirements; and
• complies with the rules of every connected platform.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use SocialSync to:

• publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content;
• send spam or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior;
• impersonate others or access accounts without permission;
• bypass platform limits, reviews, security, or access controls;
• upload malware or interfere with the service; or
• use the service in a way that violates applicable law or provider policies.

6. AI-assisted features

AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. They are drafts, not professional advice. You must review and approve platform variants before scheduling or publishing and remain responsible for the final content.

7. Third-party platforms

Connected platforms are independent services governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, approvals, quotas, moderation, account restrictions, or API changes. We are not responsible for a platform rejecting, delaying, modifying, or removing content or restricting an account.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or platform requirements, or improve the service. Scheduled publishing is not guaranteed because it depends on networks and third-party APIs.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security risk, legal requirement, non-payment where applicable, or third-party platform requirement. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by following our Data Deletion Instructions.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that publishing will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friends SocialSync and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, account restrictions, or failed publications arising from use of the service or third-party platforms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
